Google has just released a new page, “about me,” for updating personal information across services. Visit aboutme.google.com and you’ll see a new dashboard available for controlling what’s viewable on Google offerings like Drive and Google+, including contact information, photos, and more. Similar options were previously available on Google+, and as reported by TechCrunch, still will be, but now changes can be made to your Google+ profile through the new page or vice versa.
The page will soon also let users view how others across the web see their pages, and provides a link out to privacy settings. “About me” began rolling out to users this week, and was apparently first spotted by the Google-watching blog Google Operating System.
